Why have the earnings reported in my dashboard dropped?

The revenue you see in your Dashboard may vary up to 60-90 days after that month, as merchants pay us and process revenue reversals at different times.

Merchants can reverse commissions for various reasons including, but not limited to:

       -if an order was canceled

       -if merchandise was returned

       -if a discount code or coupon was used when placing an order.

It is our priority to make sure the numbers in the Dashboard are reliable and accurate, but keep in mind that these numbers can shift due to revenue reversals that these merchants can and do process.
