I don't think my sale/purchase tracked.  Why not?

There are certain situations in which clicks wouldn't track and links won't affiliate.  You can read more about that here.  Also, there are times when cookies can get replaced.  For example, if someone goes to a coupon site looking for a free shipping or discount coupon, that would override the VigLink cookie and you wouldn't get credit for that purchase.

Also, we do have some merchants in our network that do not pay for each purchase, but pay for clicks.  For more information on this, please see here. 

However, if you still believe that the sales should be credited to your account, please email us with the following information:

*The Order Confirmation e-mail with the Order #, the Date of the purchase, Merchant Name, Item(s) Purchased, Order Amount, the Link that the order originated from on your site and whether or not any coupon or discount codes were used with the purchase.

Once we have this information we can look into whether this purchase took place through your site and if credit is due.
