eBay does not pay commissions per purchase, they pay per click. You can read more about their QCP (Quality Click Pricing) system here. 

Therefore, on the Merchandise section of your dashboard, there won't be commission amounts for eBay products. The way to see the revenue you have generated from eBay is in the "Best Merchants for Total Revenue" section, under the Orange Merchant card.
